30-Day Return Policy:
At Apsley of London, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your handbag, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of the purchase date, provided it is in its original condition. Please note that all clearance or discounted items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
Handbag Returns & Exchanges:
To be eligible for return or exchange, your handbag must meet the following criteria:
New, unused, and in perfect condition.
Inclusive of all original hangtags and packaging.
Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation email or number).
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at info@apsleybags.com with your order number and reason for return or exchange. We will provide you with a Return Authorization number (RA) and further instructions for returning your item.
Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) and ensuring they are securely packaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return.
Handbag Warranty:
We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our handbags. Each Apsley of London handbag is protected by a one-year limited warranty from the original date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship.
If your handbag proves to be defective within the warranty period under normal use, we will repair or replace it free of charge with the same or comparable product. Please note that the warranty does not cover damages arising from neglect, accidents, misuse, or alterations to the product.
To make a warranty claim, please contact us at info@apsleybags.com with the following information:
Copy of your order confirmation/order number
Photos of the damaged item
Full name, shipping address, and phone number
We will provide you with a Return Authorization number (RA) and instructions for returning your item for assessment.
Please note that our warranty is valid for handbags purchased directly from Apsley of London. For purchases from retail stores or third-party websites, warranty inquiries must be made directly through the retailer.
