At Apsley of London, we strive to ensure a seamless and reliable shipping experience for our customers. Please review the following information regarding our shipping and delivery policies:

 

Delivery Responsibility

 

Once your package has left our warehouse and is in the possession of the courier, Apsley of London is not liable for any shipment delays or delivery issues. Please note that, in line with recent safety measures, couriers no longer require signatures upon delivery.

 

If a package is marked as delivered by the courier but cannot be retrieved at the shipping address, Apsley of London cannot be held responsible for the loss. We recommend contacting the courier directly to resolve such matters.

 

Order Processing and Transit Times

 

While we are committed to processing and dispatching orders promptly, please note that arrival dates cannot be guaranteed due to factors such as order volume, postal handling, and technical issues. Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and select holidays. It typically takes 3-5 business days to process orders before they are shipped. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number.

 

Signature Requirement

 

For security purposes, all packages are shipped with a signature requirement. Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to sign for the package. Failure to do so may result in the package being returned to our warehouse.

 

Estimated Transit Times

 

Please refer to the following estimated transit times for deliveries:

 

UK: 3-5 business days via Royal Mail or DPD

Canada: 3-7 business days via UPS, FedEx, or Canada Post

United States: 3-10 business days via UPS or FedEx

Europe: 5-10 business days via DPD, PostNL, or UPS

International: 10-15 business days via UPS or FedEx

Australia: 3-7 business days via Startrack or UPS

Please note that transit times may vary depending on the destination and courier service.

 

Additional Information

 

Order Destination: Orders within the UK are shipped from our local warehouse via Royal Mail or DPD.

Duties and Fees: Customers are responsible for any applicable customs or import duties upon delivery. Apsley of London is not responsible for these fees.

Address Accuracy: It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is entered correctly. Please contact us immediately if you need to make any changes to your address after placing an order.
